Captivate. Educate. Motivate.

I am an instructional designer with over 20 years of experience in non-formal education. I have taught ecology to school children in the Cincinnati Zoo’s Education Department, delivered educational talks to audiences from inside the shark tank at the Newport Aquarium, trained their volunteer divers, and certified staff divers at the Cincinnati Zoo.

I took my passion for teaching to the next level with my Master of Education in Instructional Design & Technology from the University of Cincinnati. It gave me a foundation grounded in pedagogy and instructional design theory as well as the technical skills to weave my ability to captivate, educate, and motivate audiences into the online learning experiences I create.
